Beautiful semi-detached villa, just 80 m from the beach of Maladroxia and with a fantastic panoramic terrace.
The villa is developed on two levels, with access from both Via Is Praneddas and Via Cala Saboni, and has an automatic gate for private parking.
On the ground floor, a large and bright living room opens onto a veranda equipped with awnings, perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped, while the courtyard offers an ideal area for summer barbecues, complete with barbecue, outdoor shower and washing machine. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, including fiber optic WiFi and mosquito nets on all windows.
On the ground floor we find a comfortable double bedroom with cot, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessed by a spiral staircase located in the hallway between the bedrooms and the living room, and by a comfortable external staircase with stair lift (perfect for the elderly or disabled). Among the equipment of the house also: high chair, changing table with baby bath. Air conditioning is guaranteed, on the ground floor, by a portable penguin (also supplied with 2 fans), on the first floor, by a heat pump and ceiling fan.
In the living area there is a sofa bed (with slats) for a possible 7th place.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, i gentilissimi proprietari hanno dotato la casa di tutto il necessario. La villetta e' vicina alla spiaggia con due belle terrazze vista mare.
