Description AUGUST : Available from 22/08 to 28/08 ( 6 nights ) . Contact us! Splendid farmhouse, in the marvelous scenery of the Antiochian countryside, overlooking the sea, a few km from the town center and the beaches. The farmhouse, completely clad in stone, is immersed in a completely fenced 15,000 m2 plot of land, with olive trees, fruit trees, ornamental plants and a well-kept green lawn where we find the swimming pool (above ground) available to guests. The farmhouse comprises on the ground floor two large verandas (one closed with windows), equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, kitchenette, double bedroom (cot available), bathroom with shower, sitting room with TV corner and sofa bed; from the living room we access the first floor, where we find a double bedroom, a single bedroom with terrace overlooking the sea, bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with heat pumps. At guests' disposal also a barbecue for roasts, outdoor shower and wireless connection. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a small apartment which will be occupied by the owners of the farmhouse. The swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor shower will be for the exclusive use of guests. N.B. in the months of April, May, June and October, it is possible to rent only the ground floor, for 2 people, at a reduced price.
